This French only released Mechanical Animals promo acetate CD was signed by Madonna Wayne Gacy for us a few years ago, what makes this such a rare piece is that it is the only version of Mechanical Animals to feature the originally intended opening intro track "Untitled" that was instead used as a hidden CD Rom component on the regular CD.
